Using on Site restaurtant

This may sound a strange question... but if you are not staying at a WDW resort hotel are you still able to eat at these hotels using the restaurants?

Anyone can eat in any WDW restaurant. There are some great ones at the resorts.
It is advisable to make an ADR. You will find the menus here (http://www.allears.net/din/dining.htm).
