View Full Version : Help - Free Dining Plan Not Showing On Invoice

Hi, this is my first post although I've been looking at the site for some time and picked up lots of good tips.

I'm currently having a major panic and can't contact Disney till tomorrow evening. Thought I'd order the DVD planner but couldn't remember my password so looked at my invoice instead. Although it is showing accommodation and theme park tickets, it does not mention the free Dining Plan. Is this right?? My husband and I checked booking several times before we sent it and we definitely ticked the box for free dining. We booked back in November a couple of days before the offer ran out.

Can anyone put my mind at rest?

Hi there,

The free dining is also not showing on our online reservation either but I have spoken to Disney directly and I know we have got it. We booked directly with Disney.co.uk if you did that I would call them just to double check (and get a name of person you spoke to) or if you booked with a travel agent speak to them to double check it for your peace of mind.

Thanks so much for that. As soon as I read your reply, I could feel my stress levels reducing!! I've just spoken to them and we have got the free dining plan. I wish they would make it clear on the invoice!! The only reason we are staying in Disney is because of the free dining plan which made it affordable.

I had a sleepless night and even started looking at other hotels to see if we could get something cheap even if it meant losing our deposit. The children don't know we are going so that was why I thought I wouldn't be able to phone till tonight but I managed to sneak away and make the phone call. I don't think I could have lasted till tonight.

Now I can get stressed out trying to decide which restaurants to go to!!!
