Suggestions for Lunch ADRs?

I'm off to a friend's wedding (just 7 nights) in December and it's approaching the time to make my ADRs. Evenings will be spent 'partying' with the wedding 'party' but during the days I'm doing my own thing (mainly shopping, spa treatments and a couple of parks - this is not a 'standard' Disney park holiday!).

I'm a bit stumped on where to eat lunch - I'm going to do MK 1 day, and Epcot another day, has anyone any suggestions for where I can eat a pretty decent table service lunch?
