Parking at Ashford?

Booked for DLP October half term travelling from Ashford.

Just wondered where people park - is it actually at the station and should we book or is there plenty of availability

There is a multi-storey car park attatched to the station we parked there. It was very easy & we didn't book just turned up. You pay at a machine when you return so make sure you have change.

It was a few years ago when we went but I'm sure someone can help with prices.

We always use the car park attached to the station. Unfortunately, prices have rocketed recently. It used to be £6 a day (i.e £24 for our usual 4 night break). DH and I paid £43 for 3 nights when we went to DLP last year so its now more than doubled.

If you use it, make your way to the 4th floor as this is on the same level as the walkway to the station.

Just in case you've spent all your money, the machines accept debit/credit cards to pay for exit from the car park on your return (the way the prices have gone recently they'll soon also offer a direct line to a loan company!!!!:angry: )
