silly question - shaving gel in walmart

silly question , do the Americans stock shaving gel , i.e gillette or is it just shaving foam

They certainly do and last time I went (2005) it was a hell of a lot cheaper than here, we came back with about 3 cans each!!!! They also sell all the blades and razors etc
