Me and two friends are looking to go to DLP in July and are trying to estimate how much money we should put aside for food (eating in Disney)

We are planning to visit Rainforest cafe on one of the days. Can anyone give us feedback on what it is like and how much it might cost (roughly)

Also, does anyone know what time the parks would shut early July and when the fireworks would be?;)

Thanks

Early July would probably be around 8pm closing for DLP, with 11pm (and fireworks/Fantillusion parade) after the 13th. Studios more likely 6pm. The DLRP website will confirm the exact times.

As for food, take lots of money! Partly because it's Disney, partly because it's Paris, and partly because of the poor exchange rate. All three don't make for very cheap meals I'm afraid! Also, TBH, we weren't very impressed with the Disney Village Rainforest Cafe a few years ago, and haven't been back since. I'd much prefer to eat at somewhere like Walt's in the park, and the prices wouldn't be very far apart. Inventions in the Disneyland Hotel is also very nice, but the price might be a little higher as it's normally a character meal there.

Hi

It depends on how you are going for. I usually go for 4 days / 3 nights and take approx 150 - 200 pounds to spend on food and drink. This includes eating in one of the disney village resturant each night and buying lunch in the park.

As with Andre, the last time we went to the Rainforest cafe I was really disappointed. The service was awful and the food was cold. However I have had two really nice meals there in the past.

My favourite resturant and recommendation would be Cafe Mickey's. It is great in there.

We went to the Rainforest Cafe in October, and were really pleased with the food / service etc

for 2 ad 2 ch we spent about £55 on 2 courses and drinks

you can have a rough idea from the menus on here http://www.dlpfoodguide.com/

My only advice is to take the train to Val D'Europe (a 5 minute ride) and buy lots of snacks to store in your hotel room at the supermarket there, it'll save you a lot of money.
