Universal hotel question

This may seem like a daft question to some, but does the cost of staying in a Universal hotel for one night include park entry or not? Thinking of booking it as surprise for DS1's birthday as he loves these parks.
Also whats the best company to book with or can you just turn up at a hotel and get a good deal.

lots of the hotel booking web sites feature hotels at universal so I'd shop around. You can also book via the universal web site.

Check out Universal site, I think they have an offer where if you stay 4 nights you get free entrance.

They do package deals which include park tickets if you book a minimum number of nights, but the nightly room rate doesn't include passes.

We stayed at HRH in November and would highly reccomend the hotel we had a great time, the theming of the hotel is fantastic and the front of line passes are worth there weight in gold
