We have booked through Airtours and they do not have the option to add a "River View Room". I have asked them to write this into the narrative, but if we do not pay for a river view room will we get one?

Unlikely I'm afraid, many of the travel companies have block bookings and the water view option is an extra charge. What area are you looking for?

However there's no harm is asking at the Front Desk when you get there if you can be upgraded. Assuming there are rooms free, I'm sure Disney will do it for you. They might even do it for free if they're feeling generous, but if not the charge shouldn't be too excessive.

Shall I put a word in for you when I get there on 3rd Oct? :)
