Hi does anyone know what the sonja cir community is like and the santa cruz villa id 12, long shot I know but it's worth a try:)

Santa Cruz is a small quiet community on 27 and Sonja Circle is one of the roads .Can't help with the actual home though sorry .

My villa is on Santa Cruz phase II and Sonja Circle in on Phase I divided by a small access road.

Both areas are a mix of residential and rental properties and is very quiet and close to Championsgate.

If you know the exact villa can you not ask the owner for further details on the property, owners are usually more than happy to oblige.
