Air boat rides

Any recommendations where to experience a trip out on an air boat in the Orlando area? Best time of day or package?

We`ve always gone to the East Lake Fish Camp at Boggy Creek and have always seen plenty of wildlife including `gators!! It is not expensive and you can get coupons with money off in the booklets/brochures available out there. :-)

We went to boggy creek last year and just bought tickets on the day, we went to the one where they do the monster truck safari as well. Definitely worth a trip.

We went to the Southport airboat ride in 2004 ,

Loved it - one of the highlights of the holiday. We went in the morning, would quite like to do the night time trip next time!

We did exactly the same, more to see earlier in the day before the real heat kicks in.

We did Boggy Creek, we were told to get there early before it get too hot, as the gators tend to be under water more when its hot.

Please be aware that at the minute boggy creek are not doing the monster truck tour.

Apparently there is a problem deciding who owns the land on which the monster safari is done on. This is a shame coz we booked to do both and got a phone call from ATD saying we could only do the airboats.
Thanks for the advice on timings though.
