Hi,

I bought 2 x 4 park flex tickets through Attraction Tickets Direct and I did not realise that they did not include Busch Gardens I thought it was Wet N Wild they did not include.... and I need to change them for 5 park tickets.

I have emailed them but just wanted to know if anyone has had to do this and what is their policy?

I did the same thing and all I did was give them a call they took the difference over the fone and I sent back the tickets by special delivery and they returned the 5 park flex tickets to me and there wasn't any problems. I did this last year but I am sure it is the same still now.

ATD have great customer service so it shouldn't be a problem

Yep, they are fab. We got the Universal 2 park/2 day and then realised that it only cost a $10 extra to add wet'n'wild, so we gave them a call, they sorted it all out over the phone and took the extra payment. We then sent the tickets back special delivery and received the new ones quickly :thumbs-up
