I would be grateful if anyone could let me know the best places to get Converses and Vans shoes as my kids are after doing some serious retail therapy.

Hi, not sure about buying converse or vans in Orlando but I have bought from this website before, they had an excellent sale before Christmas and I bought 3 pairs for less than £50.00

Lots of Converse bargains at the outlet at LBV Factory Stores, Vans shop at Belz Outlets top end of I Drive. Some of the stores at Premium Outlets also sold both.

Hi,
My son buys Vans gear when we go to Orlando, amongst other makes. There is a Vans skatepark in Festival Bay Mall, which also sells loads of skatewear. He gets his complete set up (skateboard) from there much cheaper than it is in UK. Each year he also buys a belt, which lasts him 1 year until we go again!

We got ours there last may, good deals to be had at the time. There was a discont booklet that gave you some money off in the converse shop I think, Cant remember how much though. Discount booklets picket up at the Mall I think.

We've been racking our brains trying to remember the shop name at Premium Outlets where we bought the kids theirs.
A good deal cheaper than here.

hi another vote for the vans shop in festival bay.
but there is a vans outlet in the one of the parks on i-drive its up by belz and is the section with polo saks 5th ave and fenneth cole.
they had lots of shoes and tops.
but to be honest you can buy vans everywhere.

We've bought both a couple of weeks ago from a shop in the Florida Mall. I can't remember the name but it was down one of the isles overlooking the food court (near Dairy Queen). They had a great selection of styles and sizes.

Lots of Converse bargains at the outlet at LBV Factory Stores....

We went there last week, DD (12) was thrilled to find pink Hi-tops for $19.99, I think she took as many photos of her new Converse as she did of the parks!
They have a great bargain section at the back of the store, but also more regular priced stock at the front. Those prices are the same in $$s as they would be in ££s! There are T shirts, bags etc too. She loved it.

As others have said, there's a Vans store at Festival Bay (very top of I-Drive) but not so many bargains here. Still slightly better value than UK with the exchange rate though.

Happy shopping!:wavey:

My son uses the shop at Premium Oultet for Vans. It's along from the big dog shop but can't remember the name. He got a discount as he bought more than 2 pairs. DD spent a loads at the converse shop at LBV. Lots of bargains and compared the Scuh website - silly money!

My DD thinks the shop is called Natural "something" we can't remember what!

My daughter is looking forward to shopping for converses and vans whilst we are in Orlando. There is lots of information on the converse website at www.converse.com. You can even design your own converses and have them made for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately though they will not ship outside of the USA, but I am thinking of ordering them a few weeks before we go and having them shipped to our hotel address.

I bought 3 pairs of converses at the outlet store at LBV and they were much cheaper than in the Uk.

I also bought some etnies from Pac Sun, can't remember which mal it was but I'm sure theres quite a few of them around, anway in this shop they had buy one get one free on all the big name skate shoes, even without the offer they were still very cheap.

Got loads from Footlocker at Point Orlando on I Drive, but don't know if it's still there, due to the renovation work going on.

Converse are dirt cheap over HERE - at those huge, chaotic sports stores that used to be 'Soccer World' but I think are now 'Sports World'. We all picked up pairs earlier this year - £14.99 for the classic low-rise trainer. Mine were actually only £8 :spin: - in the sale for some reason. Was in there at the w/e and they still have loads in stock.

I got a pair of trainers too a few weeks ago, but only had black, pink and blue, as for the boots they were non existent. You are better off getting them in the States, they are rip off prices over here.
