I wanted to see if anybody has a phone number that you can buy Disney Dollars through? I wrote down the number from a website and now I can't find the number or the website. If anybody knows what I'm talking about please post the number.

How does ordering them work then? Do you get them delivered to the UK or do you pick them up when you arrive at the park?

Disney Dollars are currency (with characters on them) that you can only use on WDW property.
You can buy them with cash, debit card or even CC - and they are like a purchase so you will not be charged a cash advance fee by your bank!
Make good souvenirs too!

They are great for kids Fiona. We brought some back for a friends little girl a few years ago. She was going to WDW the week after and she was thrilled with them.

By what I've read they will be delivered to you, but you have to pay for shipping. I haven't called yet, because DH and I arent' sure if that is what we want to do.

If you are going in a months time, you may as well wait and get them there....and you will be able to get the three new Pirates of the Caribbean dollars too:D the 3rd on is out on May 15th.

I got a dibber to get $200 of disney dollars just this week for my DD. If you are not sure of what they are you can google them or look on ebay. A $1 costs $1 etc, you can use them anywhere on Disney property and they are great for kids.

Ok after one hour of being transferred to so many people and listening to so many disney songs I have found out that you can not buy disney dollars because they can't be sent through the mail because they are just like real money. The only way they can be bought in advance is at your local Disney Store.

unfortunately we cant get them via the store in the UK, but I think this will be your best bet.

That's WDW's mail order department (email via wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com). But they don't sell Disney Dollars by post. Your best bet would be to ask a friendly DIBBer who's going soon.

I have just picked up $200 disney dollars today - a friend of mine is a dibber and I gave her $200 before she went away, she has very kindly brought me back a mixture of $5 and $10 bills. They are great and I will be keeping them a surprise for my DD when we go in Sept :)

If you're staying on site it will be easy to pick some up in reception and I'm sure the impact will be just as great as if you'd bought them in advance.
