Accessing AP area on WDW website

I've noticed now that you can access the AP area on the WDW website even if you have an exchange certificate, except that in my case it won't except my details, anyone else have this problem ?

I was always able to access it with an exchange voucher, but occasionally it would give an error with the number, maybe it's just a temporary fault.

If anyone needs to know something in a hurry I can get in with my AP.
