View Full Version : Old Disney Tickets - Giving to relatives?
My Dad has asked me if he can have my 5 day hopper ticket from 2004 which has 1 day left on each. He only wants a 1 day ticket as he's done disney so many times he just want to visit a couple of the parks on the 1 day. We would probably never use this ticket now as we tend to buy the 14 day tickets. I am worried about giving him the tickets. They are not signed but would we have not given fingerprints on entry to the Park? Has anyone given their old hopper tickets to friends or relatives and encountered problems? Thanks, Nikki

Park tickets are non-transferable so are not meant to be used by anyone else!

May or may not get flamed for saying this but if it were my dad, id give him it.
It was before the finger scan so just get him to sign the back of the ticket. Like you say you now buy the 14 day passes so the ticket will just get wasted. I know they say they are non transferrable but in this case i wouldnt mind. Its not like you are buying a 14 day pass between two families and all sharing because that i dont agree with.
Your ticket is bought and paid for. Loads of people have probably done this.
I have spare free child passes for sea world that im going to give to someone........... am i really doing anything bad as its the same thing you are doing ? Id rather see someone use them than me binning them.
Thanks for all your replies. I know disney tickets are non-transferable and agree with Tinkerbell about two families sharing tickets on holiday. It just seems a shame to waste the day when we will probably never use it.
