Changing ticket vouchers for actual Disney Tickets

Hi, its me again, we are thinking of getting the Fun in the Sun Tickets, and I understand that you get a voucher or something similar, I know you can change these at the parks
Q1 does it take long
Q2 I have read somewhere but can`t find it, that there is somewhere in Down Town Disney where you can also change them is this correct

you can exchange tehm at Guest Services near the big Disney shop at DD :) Its much quicker to do this there than at the parks!!...as we found out!:(
