Do you reckon that many of the dreams get given to couples without children (or adults alone)?
All of the experiences I have heard of have been families. Whilst I have nothing against children (I even have one myself but now she is 23 and over 6 ft tall!) it would be nice to know that us oldies could also be in the running for some goodies!!!!;)

I think you stand as much chance as anyone else. Disney is great for adults without children we went before we had children and the CMs were wonderful. We will go when the boys are grown up too.

Hi we got the Dream Fastpasses on our very first day (MGM) on our very first ride (Muppetts 3D). We had 2 kids with us but they were handing them to other people (inc older couples) when we walked in. They had about 20 passes to hand out.

Good luck....hope you get something!!

I know for some of the bigger prizes, they are given to people sitting on certain predetermined seats on a ride so it si totally arbitrary whether those people have children or not.

The Dream Fastpasses we won were being handed out to every one in th eline - irrespective of the make-up of their party :)

As a couple, we were given the Dream Fastpasses when we got off BTMR on Christmas Eve morning at 8am!! Everyone on our train got them - so think it is irrelevant what make up your party is for some things.

The day we watched the parade and saw the person who had won the stay in the castle, it was a woman on her own. So that time a singleton definitely got a big prize. (Can't help but think it would have been more fun with someone to share the excitement with, though.....)

So please to hear this as I had heard that the majority went out to families, or there had to be a certain number in the party. Not sure why I believed this as Disney has such a wide appeal this would make no sense.

You never know, I might even win something :)

Stupid question alert! When does Year of A Million Dreams end and when do they usually announce the next event? The obvious answer is December 31st but you never know!
