We haven't even been on this years holiday but already exploring the options for future visits. Just wondering if there are many 2 bed villas or if we would have to book a 3 bed.

If you want two beds you would be looking at a condo, if you want a villa it will be a minimum of 3 beds. :)

Hi

I dont think there are any 2 bed villas on here, i am sure the other owners will tell me if i am wrong.

If you would like to post some dates on here the owners can come up with some quotes for you.
Regards

Don't want to sound too stupid but what is the difference between a condo and a villa. There are 4 of us altogether but the 2 DDs can sleep in same room

a condo is an apartment.

If there are four of you, I wouldn't worry too much, and look around the dibb owners. There are a few that have a condo, but I have a 4 bed home and sometimes have couples staying, and there are only 4 of us. :)

Condos are appartments in a complex, with community pool etc. Some have 1 bed, 2 bed or 3 bed.

Villas are usually detached homes with private pool and some have spas.

Take a look at the DIBBS advertisers of villa - please dont discount four or five beds just because there are only four of you. We have had many couples stay plus lots of families of 3 and 4, plus larger numbers in our four bedroom home. In fact there is usually only the three of us stay in ours now, as DD1 has better fish to fry!!!!

I only know of one villa that has 2 bedrooms.
Some owners give discounts for smaller parties, in fact one year we ended up booking a 5 bed villa for 4 of us (though in the end DM & DF came too) :)

Thanks for all the advice. Will probably go for a 3 bed now if it is more private. My DD starts school this yeat so now have the added problem of booking through school holidays - we own a caravan park and can't go away during the summer - so will have to find out when Feb half term is and go from there.

If you're now looking for a three bed, have a look at my website and if you're interested just send me an email or PM and I can contact you. At the moment we have half term available, but it is a popular time of year.
