How does Conorado Springs food court work on the DDP?

Was just looking at the menus and the food looks great! I understand that you go to the individual food stations and then pay at the end. How does this work on the DDP (counter Service). We are keen to try breakfast and dinner here if it's good value on the DDP :spin:

We are trying the Pepper Market for Lunch on the DDP in September.

Having eaten here before, DH was very impressed with the Steak.

We think it's going to be good value on the DDP.

We have stayed at CSR, :d::d:when you order your food the CM stamps the card you are given as you enter. When you have finished your meal (or when you leave with take out) you give the card to the CM at the till who then charges you, or deducts your DDP credit if you are on the plan.
