Villa required 19 October - 2 November 2007

Hi,

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - 16 & 12) looking to hire a villa for the above dates. Are there any villa owners with availability for these dates? Not sure which area we want to be in.....1st timers!

I am sorry be we do not have availability for your dates but I'm sure you will find an owner here on the DIBBS that can help you.

All the villas advertised on here are privately owned, and will be better maintained, and specified to a much higher standard than you would get from a tour op 'on arrival' accomodation. There would be too much flak on the DIBBS board if anyone booked with an owner and it was less than perfect!!! LOL!!!

Biggest plus is that you know exactly what you are getting and where the villa is located and often the villas are not that much dearer than a TO villa and are usually packed with extras.

Good luck with your hunt for a villa that ticks all your wishlist.

Good Luck with choosing a villa. Sorry but we are booked until Oct 27. Half term is one of the first dates in a year that we get booked.
Choosing a privately owned villa you will know exactly where you are going and what you are getting.

Sorry we're booked too but hopefully one of the Dibb owners will have availability.
With regards to areas - all the villa communities are in good locations - some are a little further than others but it's still an easy journey to the attractions and back so wherever you choose you won't have a problem.
As you are first timers, have a good look around the Dibb for your planning - there's a wealth of information on here and people are very helpful so just ask away with any questions you may have.

if you want to find out a little more about the villa communities you could take a look at a recent villa enquiry post called 'location, location, location' in the villa enquiry section. This DIBBer has similar questions about where to stay and over time you should find that there is some useful information about the different communities posted in response. I have posted a little write up about Tuscan Hills and this is where our home is so even that would be a start.

Sure it won't be long until another owner comes along!

If you find a villa that you are happy with definitely make a decision sooner rather than later - sorry I can't help.
