Hi everyone, havn't been dibbing for while now as i moved and have no internet:cry: just popped home (mums) as having dibb cravings:d:
Hoping someone can help me out:confused2 Would like to book holiday to Tenerife 2 weeks for me and partner. However never been before so have no clue which resort to go:blush: Looking to go sometime next year, dates flexible (March-June). I'm 22, partner 29 would like somewhere not too lively but not too quiet:confused2
Any suggestions would be much appreciated:D

We stayed on the outskirts of Playa las Americas a few times. It's on the west side in San Eugenio, which I would recommend if you like it a bit lively but not over the top.
There's a great combination of restaurants there and a couple of beaches within an easy walk.

I would recommend Adeje. It's a lovely resort with lots of good hotels and apartments but is also close to Playa de las Americas which is about as lively as it gets in Tenerife! Los Christianos is also good but the accommodation there tends to be older.

Costa Adeje is lovely, pretty quiet, nice beaches, but close enough to Las Americas to take in some night life if you want it.

We liked Los Gigantes which seemed quieter than some other places andhad a bit of charm.

We like staying on the outskirts close to Los Christianos, near to the Piramide (ballet etc). We have time share there at Tenerife Royal Gardens, which is only a small resort a minutes walk to two beaches!!! We just love the walkways near the beach. Far enough away from Veronicas but near enough if you fancy a walk there.

We usually go to Los Cristianos in March. It has plenty of good restaurants and bars, but nightlife is usually wrapped up by 1am. It's a nice stroll into Las Americas if you fancy some wild nights! Try and stay on the flat near the coast - it's a very big hill to climb after a night out.:spin:

Couldn't agree more! Just watch on a night that you don't take your shoes off to walk home......cockroaches:omg:
Los Christianos or Las Americas are both great. :thumbs-up

Does it have to be Tenerife? I prefer Lanzarote with Gran Canaria a close second.

We stay in Puerto de la Cruz which is the north of the island. Much greener and you can walk to the old town which has bars, restaurants, clubs. It's nothing like Playa de las Americas.

Hi
I also have a timeshare at Tenerife Royal Gardens (12yrs now) in May (never had a bad week yet weatherwise)........It's sort of between Los Cristianos and Playa Das Americas....Any Accomodation in the vicinity and you can have a holiday as lively or as quiet as you like. Step out of the resort and are onto a paved promenade that runs for a total of about 6 miles and has numerous beaches beside it....some very good....some not so good.... always look forward to my "Spring Break" in Tenerife.....Highly Recommended :thumb:
Hope this helps you decide....Regards, AJAXON :wavey:

We always stay in this area too, it's really nice. Las Americas is a great place, some people slag it off but it depends what you want in a holiday. There are rowdy parts, and quieter parts.Toviscas tends to be a lot quieter than down on the main drag, where Veronicas used to be, but it's even really nice down there now. los Christianos is nice to. Like some one else said earlier try Lanzarote, it's beautiful there, we were there in May at Puerto Del Carmen , plenty to do, night life etc. We love both Islands.

Hi Sarah, where did you stay? We go to Adeje every year and stay at the Aparthotel Rui Adeje.
