Shopping tours

Anyone been on a shopping tour/excursion??
If so, which company did you use, and was it worth it?

I was looking at Gator Tours, but they dont tell you where exactly they take you :confused2 It says 3 malls.....the Premium Outlets, Florida Mall for lunch.....but doesnt mention where else.

Another thing....can you leave your shopping on the shuttle whilst you "do" the next mall, or do you have to lug it all around with you?? Is it safe to leave it on the shuttle??

Sorry for all the questions, but am thinking a tour might be the better option for us this year as its only me and DD,12

Have you looked at the Viator site Janny? There might be more info on it. I usually book through them.

Hi yes done it, but its pretty useless for serious shoppers as there is nowhere to actually store a lot of shopping, also people kept swapping seats which meant our shopping ended up all over the bus we ended up losing a bag, we actually left the tour early and used a taxi

Hi,

We went with Virgin Holidays and booked our shopping trip through them but it was not run by them.

We went to Walmart, Denim World, Lake Beuna Vista Outlet and then the Florida Mall.

Each pickup area had its own space in the bottom of the bus and you had to write your name on your bags, this meant we could leave the stuff on the bus while we shopped, would thoroughly recommend it.

If you are going with Virgin you can book this tour in advance, and we will definately be doing it again :)
