DLP I was wondering what proof I need to take with me to prove I am disabled

Hi
I am disabled and am on DLA etc, I was wondering what proof I need to take with me to prove I am disabled, so I can get and access card thing from city hall at disneyland paris. I am not physically disabled, I am classed disabled cuz of mental health issues
