Travellers cheques

Can anyone tell me if you can use travellers cheques in Las vegas as cash in shops, restaurants etc like you can in orlando or will we have to change them for cash????

I hope so I go in a week with TCs in hand, I think with so many Hotels wanting to take your money I would be extremely surprised if it wasn't very easy to change cheques into cash.

Yes you can. You just get your change in dollars

Went to Vegas in Feb & had no problem paying with Travellers cheques.

We had a Fab time have a great holiday

Also if you want, the tellers cashiers on the casino floor will change them for cash, no commision. Obviously hope you are going to feed the slots. Which you will!
