I can't seem to find the answer....
I am thinking of buying either a PSP or a PS3 when i am in Florida in September... If i do, will the games i buy over here work on them or would i have to buy US games from ebay etc ???
Sorry for asking !!

We brought an American PSP before they were released over here, and apart from the inconvenience of having to buy US UMD films there is no problem. I use Amazon.com for the umd's and if you order them 1 at a time you do not pay customs on them (under £18 value). The charger is multi-voltage and all you need is one of the small 2 pin kettle type leads (the PS2 type power lead) to enable it to plug in to a British plug socket.

Hi.
I bought a PS3 back in January whilst on a trip to Orlando.
Games are region free - so games from UK, China, Russia, etc will work on it.
However, some/all PAL (UK/European version) games will not work on the US PS3. You get a message saying "game not supported."
Basically, UK game software want to be played only on HD format.
So if you have a Standard Definition TV, the games will not play. You need a HD ready TV to play them.
I bought Resistence: Fall of Man and Tiger Woods at the same time as my PS3 and they worked fine a SD TV.
Hope this helps.
