Has anyone stayed here yet. WE have been inside, very impressed, the resturaunt looked really nice all low lit and dark wood.
The thing is we are going around Manchester with our friends next Friday and they live a good £25 taxi fare away, so i have checked and fancy staying here for just the 1 night, therefore no taxi fares and we can eat there and enjoy the fantastic Sky bar.

Thanks Trish,
I have booked it now, got a great deal, a king hilton room, with breakfast and dinner for £159 per room. I think thats really good value.
We where going to go to Stock and it would be about £35 - 40 each for the meal and then the drinks so lets say around £55 each and then the train and a taxi home so it would work out around the same price. However we get breckie and a room included.
Well impressed.

Hi - I stayed at the Manchester Hilton earlier in the year - phenomonal views, good room, all modern conveniences and quite hip (nice bathroom!). Got 'guest' access to Sky bar - ohmigod - how high is that??
Enjoy!

It's the tallest building in Manchester if that's the one! I don't live in Manchester any more - just stayed at the Hilton with bf for her bday. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant too.
We stayed there the night of the gales in January - hmm... probably not where you want to be - 14 floors up, or 23 floors up when we were in the Sky bar! :erm: :erm: :erm: :erm:

Yep thats the one, looking forward to it, this time next week we will be there.
I stayed there in April,
I got an executive room with my Tesco points-the free drinks in the exec lounge were fab..it's on the same floor as the exec lounge, but facing the city.
The service in the sky bar is realy slow when it's busy.We walked out on the night we stayed.I have been a couple of times early evening and it was much better.
Can't wait to go back!
Lucky for us we know someone who works for Hilton so get friends and family rate very expensive otherwise
