Reminder to ALL

Hi guys,
This is just a gentle reminder and isn't aimed at anyone in particular.

I don't want to see the DIBB take on a Playground mentality with behind the scenes squabbling.
I know we have a few new members from other sites including UOG and TCD and obviously those that have come across may have past issues, that have absolutely nothing to do with the DIBB.

I have seen what looks like a couple of digs being made here and there and I have had to remove several posts.

Any past arguments or disagreements that have occurred between members on other sites are not to be continued here! this includes comments in posts, signatures, profiles or even avatars about other members, be it blatant or subtle.

I would hope that we are all adult enough to let bygones be bygones and enjoy the DIBB for what it is without playing silly games.

It's rare for any member to be restricted or banned on this site but I do want to state as plainly as I can, that any member found to be using this site to bully or harass another member for whatever reason, will be restricted or banned (with no warning) from using the facilities of this site.

As I said this isn't aimed at anyone in particular. If anyone does have concerns over this then do please PM me.

I think its only fair that people that are causing offence or harrassing other members should be removed. This is a friendly board about Disney & Florida & general chat..not a place to vent your personal vendetta against someone! Well done Stu.

It certainly wasnt pretty, and as I post on a number of Disney boards I could see what was happening. I just hope all is resolved now.

Thanks for highlighting the need to maintain the almost unique courteous and respectful atmosphere of this site, Stu, which - quite apart from the content which is wonderful - is one of The Dibb's main attractions.

I have given up on so many other online forums, or ducked out of discussions on them that stared out perfectly reasonably and then degenerated into petty nastiness. This site and it's forums are generally a welcome respite from all that.

Long may it continue.

If people want to bicker, there is no shortage of other sites, but please don't spoil this one.
