Do you mean which resort can you visit and see say Wishes from the beach ? Or do you mean which resort can fireworks be seen from a hotel room balcony? :grin:

You can see Wishes from the beach at the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian and probably at the Contemporary too.

You can get a good view of the Epcot Fireworks from Yacht & Beach Club.

We could see the Epcot fireworks from Caribbean beach, but it was a bit distant with none of the music or atmosphere.
