Is California Grill menu limited on DDP?

As title says really?

Note from the menu that there are flatbreads and sushi mentioned before the appetisers, entrees etc.
Can you order these on the DDP or are they 'pay separately' options?

I don't think any of the restaurants have a limited menu. The flatbreads or sushi are probably regarded as appetizers.

No restrictions when we ate there in May....I think this is one of the reasons it's 2 credits.

Can you have the flatbreads before your appetiser then or are these counted as your appetiser?
