We've tried Raglan Road for a table service meal but never made it in to Cookes of Dublin yet. It was very busy last time we went, and the menu looks good. :tounge:

Anyone been ?? What did you think ?

Certainly Irish themed, not sure about owned.

Raglan Road is very good - live music, dancers, full bar and a pretty good menu. It has a great atmosphere in the evenings.

Just to correct myself - I think it may actually be in the PLeasure Island area, but you don't need admission to pleasure island to get in

Yes, that's no problem. Our girls were 7 and 4 last time. THey loved the dancers !! We're eating there again in October.

Sounds like this one may be somewhere you are planning to visit - have a Guinness for us !!!

Thank you Eggbox and Flo - will certainly give Cookes of Dublin a try now (I didn't need much persuading but asked in case feedback was not so good)
