Just wandered if any one can tell me their thoughts on the food courts at the AS resorts. We are going next August :pgig: and wandered if they are busy all the time and what the food is actually like. We will not be eating there all the time, but it would be nice to now if we should give them a wide birth or not.

Its pretty much fast foods but quite a variety, I liked the chicken strips and chips. Good selection for breakfast, nice desserts and ice creams, and ideal for a snack on the way back after a hard day in the parks. Pancakes for breakkie mmmmmm!!

I liked the food courts. yes it is fast food, but a lot of variety. It did get busy for us (we went in peak time in april) but we always got a seat and not a lot of queuing either.

I liked the mickey waffles for brekkie. Hot dog with cheese.

We also, around about 10.00pm (if we werent too tired) went down for a pudding/ice cream which was nice.

movies did a great dinner different cut of meat, with mash, veggies and gravy each night, great salads, etc. If you avoid normal mealtimes then you should be fine. We have been in for an early dinner and the place was practically empty within an hour, there was not a seat to be had.
