HOTMAIL Users Please Read

If you are using Hotmail as your email then you will probably not receive any emails from this site.
Hotmail has a habit of just deleting automated emails from forum sites, including this one. it is very hit and miss with hotmail and I would advise NOT using hotmail as it is unreliable. The emails are deleted and you are not aware as you never see them, they don't even make it to the junk folder, this includes legitimate emails.

If you are using Hotmail, please check your Junk Folder or change to a different email system.

You can try this - it sometimes helps:

Log in to Hotmail
Click the Mail Tab
Click Options in top right
Click "Junk E-Mail Protection"
Click "Safe List"
Add the following 3 domains:-

thedibb.co.uk
goofy.x3hosting.net
x3hosting.net

If you are still not receiving Emails from the DIBB to your hotmail account then you will need to use a different email account.

I can't understand it, as I know I had the dibb in my safe list, and I have always received my mail in my main inbox. Somehow it disappeared :erm:

I have just added the three different domains into my safe list, done a test pm, and it worked :o: :thumbs-up

Is this new then ? I am a hotmail user and i get emails informing me of pm's no problem.

nothing new Carys, just Hotmail being Hotmail, it works for some and not for others :)

Thanks Stu, I use Hotmail but I may have to change it, especially for the DIBB !! I am not sure if all my contacts will be impressed though !!
