Got ours last November when we went and me and DBF were fighting over him and what outfits to buy. He's definitely going back next year for Halloween.

despite being a little poorly, He had to be changed twice during our 2 weeks, we all thought he was great. Kids still play with him at home. I do think he could do with being a little louder.

We've got one, DW bought it me for my 44th birthday two years ago. He went back with us last year and will be going again this year. We managed to get him free Annual Passholder and DVC Member 'T' shirts, but last DW was trying to buy him more clothes. I managed to stop her buying them last year, but I suspect this year he'll get more than one new outfit!

One thing to note, when his batteries need changing he appears to be having a fit :pgig: It happened last year when we were at Animal Kingdom and he wouldn't stop shaking, we took him into the shop and they sold us some new batteries and he then worked OK.

What happens when new parades or rides start.....how does Pal Mickey know about them each year? Do you have to take him in for an operation somewhere to install new information? :erm:

He is really just a receiver. When you walk through the parks he picks up wi-fi type signals. My fav comment is when you come out of ToT in MGM he says: "Next time I think i'll take the stairs" :pgig: :pgig: :pgig:

We bought Molly 1 last year for her 3rd birthday but he was a bit too big for her so I used to carry him each day but so much fun that he'll defo be going back next August & I'm sure we'll be tempted to buy him a new outfit or two.

Yep, he will be up to date each year in the parks. The only difference will be the stuff he says away from the parks. Pal Mickey tells jokes and plays games, these were updated before. They must be planning to update at some time, but don't know when.

Got ours when there at Christmas 2004 it was great so we're taking him back with us when we go next week so yeah I would say its worth the money x

He usually sits on my bed but is too excited to sleep so i put him in the case.
