Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon in Feb

we are going away right at the beginning of february 08. Can anyone tell me which if either of the disney water parks will be closed for refurb. Will eveything else be open and running, i.e fireworks parades?? Many thanks for all you help

It should be BB as TL will be closed in November this year.
