A lot of the new land is in a backlot area, so you won't see most of that until it opens.

There was absolutely no sign of anything at all when we were there last month. The only obvious building work was in Universal Studios at Back to the Future, which is now surrounded by hoarding.

thats good, i really didn't want to see building work when i go in october! i remember seeing the crane in MK, and it got ruined quite a bit

Nothing earlier this week either.

There doesnt seem to be all much activity around the BTTF/Simpsons ride either!!

Doesnt look like Universal have gotten to grips with the merchandising front, with practically nothing available for Simpsons or HP.
