If you get the chance to , go to Hard Rock Cafe in City Walk, Universal. Tell, one of the bar staff/ waitresses that it's her birthday. I seem to remember last time we were there. it was some one's birthday , they were given a huge bowl of ice cream and every one sang happy birthday.

everytime we've been to margheritaville its been someone birthday, the come out on their stilts and all sing, they also do balloon sculptures, i'm sure wherever you end up they'll make a fuss, just tell them on your way in
