DFIL and DMIL want to book a cruise of the easst coast of the states and a week in the Carribean, sounds fantastic. Anyway they haven't booked it as they are struggling to find a company that will insure DFIL. As mentioned he has angina, he's in his 70's and had a knee replacement this year.
If any of you Dibbers know of a company that might insure him please let me know as he is upset that he is letting DMIL down.

My parents in similar circumstances have used Norwich Union a few times and we found Esure were great for covering PEMCs.
DH has angina and after Saga (who we always used in the past)decided they could no longer offer cover we have used Free spirit(quite expensive but you can apply on line without ringing the medical helpline)and this year we used Global Insurance in Worthing which was actually recommended by someone on this site and offer cover up to 90 years old.
DFIL has had three heart attacks and suffers with angina, He changed his hsbc account to a premier account and received free annual travel insurance. He had to declare his conditions but there was no problem. Might be worth seeing what their bank will offer.
