Any of the charters such as My Travel and First Choice should have relatively low deposits, I would try them first. I know that My Travel fly to Cancun because that's who we went with (booked a package though). Not sure about FC.

try travel republic or flythomascook, I am sure these are low deposit. Also otbeach.com and click on flights. Hope this helps.
