the kids want trainers when we go is it best to get them here or over there they are 7 and 12 co need to be in fashion :cool2: !!!!!!!!!!!!........................kids who would have them..............

Hi there,
I (personally) would buy them when you are over there as they have loads of places where you can purchase trainers, i.e the malls, International Drive. Last year I purchased a pair of Nike trainers (nearly £100 over here) I got them for $80 (around £45/£50). Its up to you but I would wait and purchase them over there.

I would definitely buy them over there - you can probably get two pairs for the price of one. My DD was 12 when we last went and she had to have the ones that were top-of-the-range.

I would definitely buy them over there as well, we have been going to florida since 1999 and i dont think i have bought a pair of trainers over here since then i also buy all my golf shoes there as well.

Definetly buy them there, Do not usually buy high fashion trainers [getting a bit to old] but Reebok where doing buy 2 pair get a pair free when we where there last week, so we all got a pair each.

The Reebok shop is fantastic. You can buy one pair and get the second half price or buy two pairs for the price of two. there are also vouchers for $20.00 of when yuo spend $100. we bought 6 pairs of reebok classics for $60.00.

My DD(11) got 2 pairs of the latest K-Swiss last year for $80. Less than the price of 1 pair over here.

Buy them there!!
We don't get them until the year after, so the kids are infront in the fashion stakes then!!

DD bought the Nike Total 90 in Florida, the following year everyone over here had them!! She thought she was chocolate!! :grin:

there are several sports outlets in orlando, the likes of nike, adidas and reebok to name a few, there is also a sports dominator on i-drive which sells every sport you can think of and their trainers are quite reasonable priced to. plenty of places to try...enjoy shopping
