Anyone been here. Is it any good. How big is it and how long would you think you'd need to browse round?
Cheers. :wavey:

Hi :wavey:
Mall @ Millennia is definately a more upmarket shopping complex . It is not the place to go if you are looking for bargains , however it is worth a visit if you are into top quality designer ( not factory second ) goods . I have to admit we didn't go there last year but were there in 2004 so it may have changed somewhat . We only spent about 1/2 day there ( happy shopping :D )

The Mall at Millenia is a lovely place to shop. Definately not a bargain hunting trip though. The shops are definately high class and the place itself is lovely. There are big sofas to sit on outside the shops and a lovely food court. There are 2 or 3 department stores which are great. I would have to agree with my friend above and say it would take about 1/2 a day to get round.

I would tend to disagree with it not being a bargain hunters place

The designer items available are certainly at vastly discounted prices compared to what we pay in the UK

and also dont be fooled but some outlet malls and stores

for example I found that the lacoste store in Mall at Millenia was actually cheaper than the one at designer outlet stores, and also had a better selection rather than last seasons stock

If you like your Designer items, Burberry , Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany Bloomingdales, etc then you can still pay significantly less than the UK

i LOVE millenia... in fact i think i might go on saturday! its got loads of great shops, loads of designer shopping and great department stores.

oh and not to forget, the cheesecake factory, yummmmmy

like ccarcher said, if you are into designer stuff then its brilliant, but if you're looking for bargains on brands like nike, timberland, ralph lauren, guess etc, then you are best sticking to the outlet malls :)

We really enjoyed it. It's more upmarket than the outlets and not that many bargains but it is a nice place to go for the day.

Our favourite mall, it is really lovely there. The Cheesecake Factory does really good food and drinks, definitely worth a visit. Tiffany`s and the Lindor chocolate shop are my two favourites at the mall!! ;-)

I can't wait to go! We've never been there before. Me and my sis are going and leaving the rest of them in the villa so we can do some serious shopping. We went to New York in Feb and loved Macy's and Bloomingdales. Do you know if you can get little brown bags in this Bloomingdales as well?

Hi, you will get a little brown bag no problem in Bloomingdales. I bought one last month at the mall at millenia. It was around $25 for the smallest one.

It is a really nice mall and I can understand both perspectives that have been given. Locally it wouldn't be considered a bargain mall BUT we don't have the currency exchange rate that you get so I'd say you are at an advantage regardless of where you go. They market the mall as 'beyond upscale' so it is seen as a higher priced, fine product mall option.

Be sure to get your 11% discount card when shopping at Macy's. You can get that at any customer service desk.
