Thanks to you all for your advice on early starts - wink , glad I wasnt going mad, was not looking forward to breaking the news to sleepy & dopey that they would have to be up and away at the crack of dawn, I have got a plan although this is in need of a bit of tweaking due to a few things I have learnt from this site, it is
Arrive late afternoon Friday 3rd/10, Just eat & look around local vcinity we are based opposite pointe orlando
Sat 4/10 Animal Kingdom, nothing planned for evening as yet
Sun 5/10 Disney MGM - planned for all day to include fireworks but may be too tired
Mon 6/10 Nothing planned but Down Town Disney in evening (late night)
Tues 7/10 Water Park
Wed 8/10 Magic Kingdom
Thurs 9/10 Ripleys & Shopping with Late Night at City Walk
Friday 10/10 Epcot possibly staing all day to see firworks - This is possibly going to change as apparently epcot is closed the previous day from 3pm, so I think Friday 10th could be a busy day
Saturday 11/10 Universal Studios
Sunday 12/10 Nothing planned although we may do Epcot on this day instead of the 10th
Monday 13/10 Kennedy Space Centre
Tuesday 14/10 Waterpark
Wednesday 15/10 Nothing planned
Thursday 16/10 Universal IOA
Friday 17/10 Fly home at 5.35pm

It may seem like we have a few nothing planned days but we may use this time to revisit parks if we want. I had planned to visit
We had planned to visit wonderworks but quite a few people have e-mailed me advsing against it as it is a total waste of money so we may visit disneyquest or something,

Feedback on my plan will be well received.

Thanks to you all

Hi it looks fine, I think I read somewhere that Epcot is usually very busy over the weekends so I would avoid going on the saturday. We also have days were we havnt planned anything so that we can revisit places :D
I hope you have a great time:D

looks good. We always have a few 'nothing planned' days, but we called them 'Revisit Favorites' or 'Mums' Choice' sounds more fun than nothing planned!

We left a couple of days unplanned last year, one for dh's choice and one for my niece's. As I'd planned all the other days, seemed only fair ;)

Plan looks good. I think the busiest park on a Saturday is Magic Kingdom, and the Universal parks tend to be at their busiest at weekends.
As long as the plan is flexible, if a park is too busy, you can always move on to another with hopper passes.
