Artist’s Palette
As always in the WDW food courts, there was a rather limited choice for a vegetarian but Paul got by OK with a pretty decent Roasted Veggie Flatbread.
There were all the usual suspects - red and yellow peppers, red onion and zucchini, along with cheese and plenty of fresh basil.
He had it three times, so he must have enjoyed it.
He supplemented the flatbread with a small side salad from the cold cabinet.
He did have a Roasted Veggie Sandwich the night we arrived, but said the bread was really dry and he wouldn’t order it again.
There was also a Spinach and Blue Cheese Salad available on the menu, but for some reason he didn’t try that. Most strange! It’s one of his favourite combos.
My favourite snack from Artist’s Palette was the Saratoga Chilli.
More of a homely thick soup, it was very well seasoned and had just the right amount of chilli to give a satisfying kick.
Along with some crackers and a slice of Paul’s Flatbread it was plenty for me.
I also had the special one night, which was Lemon and Rosemary Grilled Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn on the Cob.
The perspective of the chicken dish makes it appear quite small, but it was humungous :tounge:
Perfect comfort food!
