Agree with all the above, although the queue for Dumbo can be very long! Take it from someone who knows ;)

All the rides already mentioned in MK but my DD who was 4 on her first visit loved many of the rides in Seuss Landing in IOA if you intend going there.

She also enjoyed the flying dinosaur ride in AK.

My daughter has visited WDW since she was 18 months. You should be safe on Dumbo(long queue though), Its a small world, winnie the pooh, mickeys philarmagic, peter pan at Magic Kingdom. Journey into the imagination with figment at Epcot (although one dark bit she may not like), The new Nemo ride at Epcot is fab she will love it.MGM has the Little mermaid show and JO Jos Circus show. Animal Kingdom has a few little rides in the Dinoland part.
At IOA Suess Landing has 3 or 4 good rides which would be perfect.

Don't forget the water parks as well - my DS, who was almost 2 loved Tykes peak and Katchakidee Creak. He also really liked Buzz at MK, and Poohs Playful Spot in Fantasy Land. Toontown Fair was also great for him. Have a fab trip :spin:

Spent hours with my 2 & 4 year old in Seuss in IOA, Disney parks, see all the shows, e.g. Little Mermaid (even though my 4yr old was a little nervous), Beauty & the Beast, PlayHouse, etc. Loads to do with young kids, as you'll do it at a slower pace.
