just wondering if anyone has ever bought this ticket. Is it very different. We were leaving universal studio's back in 2001 when people were being allowed into the park. But i think mnsshp is more for me.

its a halloween horror night but its not for children  and maybe too scary for adults to, that why i dont think i could do it.

Halloween Horror Nights are specially ticketed events that take place on September 29, 30 October 6-8, 11-15, 19-22, 26-29 and 31 and return to the Universal Studios once again. The event features all new horrifying haunted houses, intense scare zones and an all-new "Bill and Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure" containing parodies from TV, the movies, music, and more. Plus, many rides and attractions will be open during select hours. This is a separate, hard-ticket event and is not included in your park admission ticket or pass. NO costumes, make-up or masks will be allowed in the park. Guests are required to pass through metal detectors to enter the park.

Halloween Horror Nights and the descriptions on this page may be too intense for children and some adults. For this reason, Universal does not offer a child's ticket option. Adult discretion is strongly advised.

We bought Stay & Scream tickets for HHN last year and they worked out well as you are allowed to stay in the park when it is closed to day guests.

You have to stay in a holding area while the HHN stuff is set up but we got to ride The Mummy over and over with no lines and then were let into the first house before the HHN guests were let in throught the gates.

HHN is definately not for kids, very full on scary even for grown ups  It is nothing like MNSSHP!

HHN sounds amazing! Nothing like being terrified (but knowing you're safe!)

Does anyone know roughly want time this starts? As we have a 6 year old that we will have to take back to the hotel with Grandma & Grandad if we were to do this.

Do you think a 10 year old would be ok - he's not easily scared! ????

It starts around 7pm. Not recommended for a 10 year old. The minumum recommended age is 14, DD's friend at 16 was terrified. They don't even sell child tickets.
