Ok some of you may remember back in May i ordered my MVMCP tix but when they arrived they had the wrong date on them, even though the CM confirmed the date i wanted over the phone with me.
After a phone call it was decided we would keep the tickets and exchange them at Will Call when we arrived in Orlando. This was to be confired by Disney via email.
A couples of weeks pass and no email comes i then call WDW back and explain the situation. I was told if i wait to do that & the party sells out for that date i will lose my tickets and my money :erm:
So its decided to send back the tickets, i do this with a letter. Couple of weeks pass & its now coming up to mid July & i call them to be told that fed ex tried to deliver but couldnt so sent them back to WDW. We got no paper through letter box to say they had tried.
I head off to Mexico on holiday & when i return call them to say that they can now deliver the tickets. Ok no problem they said.
Fast Forward to August 23rd and i see a thread on here that mentions MNSSHP tickets not being delivered so i call WDW as i still hadnt received my tickets. I spoke to Dave who tells me that he can see the correct amount of tickets & the CC details on the system but there has been a 2nd address put on the system too !?
Dave then tells me that he didnt think i had an american accent as my tickets (16 of them) have all went to an american address :confused2, he now says that someone has a free party to go to !! I was just to wait until i arrived in Orlando and on the day of the party take my CC receipt and go to Will Call and get new tickets printed explaining the situation.
Im not keen on doing this what if i get there and the partys full and i cant get tickets ? I dont want a refund but to go to the party.
So just off the phone to another CM who takes my address (again) and phone number and says that she will resend out tickets and confirmed with me the address etc that she will send them too. I should get them within a week. A week from now is September 5th so should i worry ?
Oh.... lol at the CM when i gave my address and i said Ayrshire, Scotland to her and she replied Scotland ??? Are you not from the UK? I say yes, Scotland is part of the UK and she continued to say Scotland, is that a town ?? :omg: :confused2 I had to explain the countries that make up the UK lol, no wonder i havnt got my tickets :cry:
Had no probs with my MNSSHP or my HHN at Universal, in fact got my HHN in 3 days !
