Didn't enjoy it this year as much as previous times. Maybe because we did it on our last day & all I could think about was heading back to the villa to pack. It was also very busy & we didn't get many rides done. Both DH & I agreed to give it a miss next time - the Disney water parks are far better.

Dont waste your time. Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are heaps better then Wet and Wild. Myself and DH have only been their once and hated it.

Its handy if you are staying on I-Drive but we found it was worth the effort of getting up earlier to get to one of the Disney water parks.

I went in 2001 lasted less than an hour cos we hated it. Full of rowdy teenages, staff were rude, ques were massive and looked not very clean......

As you can see it was not my fave place lol

Dont think i will be going back do you hehe

I'd prefer to go to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach

TL and BB are much nicer, BUT - Wet'n'Wild has some really good flume rides, and if you get the Universal/SeaWorld Flex Ticket, then WnW is included, so you can go just for a couple of hours at the end of the afternoon :spin:

I wasn't impressed. We tried it as it was included on the Flex ticket, didn't stay very long - agree with everything Tracy said about it. :tounge: It just doesn't compare to TL and BB :spin:

I will have a TR on this, but we went from 9am-1pm.... Queues to go on slides were absolutely massive and we were literally baking in the sunshine. Der Stuka and Bomb Bay were the only ones without queues - people just kept coming and coming. I spoke to DizneyBlonde and she wasn't impressed either.

Looks like I'm in the minority here! I loved it! As someone who really doesn't like waterparks (my Dbf on the other hand LOVES them) I thought it was good....we went on our 2nd day & had a really good time, spent the whole day there & did all the rides. This way in May 2005. I thought Typhoon Lagoon was pretty boring in comparison, Blizzard Beach was good but I think wet n wild is my favourite. Really handy too if you're staying on I-Drive as we were cos it's so close.

They also do GORGEOUS ice-cream!!

We went last year and weren't very impressed. The queues there, like at US, seem to take so much longer than Disney. Also, it wasn't brilliantly clean, there was hardly any choice of anything to eat and there was virtually nothing for our DS (then almost 3) to do. If it was just adults or older kids going, it may be more enjoyable, but we won't rush to do it again, certainly until the kids are older.

Tired and dated, but good fun anyway!

possibly, but I'm sure there's enough custom to go around. Can't imagine an 'empty' water park in Orlando!

We were'nt that impressed either but then may have been a bad time (very busy, full of loud teenagers) Cant wait to try the Disney waterparks AND Aquatica

We went in Nov 2004 and really enjoyed it. We haven't been to a Disney water park to compare it to though?

We stay in I Drive so it was ideal.

Just one word of advice...don't have a burger from there - I took one bite out of it and threw it away - the fat from it spat at me!!! No joke, I took a mouthful and as I did a big splodge of it landed on my chest!!! YUKKKKK
