Is there anyone out there who has really got into Jimmy Buffett like me?
I first went to Margaritaville in Key West and loved the music and the laid back atmosphere. Once it arrived at city walks it really is one of the reasons I go back each year. I suppose I am just curious if anyone else is a converted parrothead in the uk like myself.
http://margaritaville.com/ you can get a link here to the citywalk cafe and view menus etc.

We love JB and Margaritaville. We always pay a visit to the one at Citywalk, it's a lovely way to end a day at the parks.

Been to both in last couple of years, the one in Key West being a little bit more laid back. Have you got the JB/AJ/GS live cd? IT is really good and when I had a TIKI party at the house in May I subjected everyone to it for while.
My Folks have liked JB for years so always been around his music.

Love Marg'ville and Jimmy Buffett.
I think his album "A White Sport Coat And A Pink Crustacean" is one of the best albums I have.
Great music.

Mainedcoon lover. Not required to book a table. Just turn up and you should get served quickly. When they are busy they give you one of those buzzing gizmos. 40 minutes is the longest we have waited.
Make sure you are in there on the hour for the volcano?

We love him here! Have lots of albums and DD(8) is always playing his music - we have had to censor a couple of tracks for her I-Pod mind but she loves it. When we were over in Florida the first time DH who was aware of him fom the 70's thought he must have died as they were playing his music all over the place - was only as we went through the holiday he realised that he was rather big in Floridaand very much alive! We went to Walmart and bought a load of CDs. Always puts us in a good mood and makes us think for Florida sunshine on dreary days on the M1.

We are another family who love the place - all of us. It is a must on every holiday even though we all agree that the food is better at other restaurants, the atmosphere out on the 'Porch of Indecison' does it for us every time.

The cd I was talking about earlier has a great live version of this track on it. I just love Alan Jackson and that song instantly lifts me when I am driving along. I have a Tiki bar in the house so we quite often recreat Margarittaville in the house or out by the pool............only 3 weeks to go........yipee!!

I believe they were all about $8 or $9 depending on what kind of 'rita you chose. I had a nice one with a frozen coconut concotion in it. Not quite as enormous as the 'ritas on offer at Bubba Gump's (they were huge!) but verrrrry nice nonetheless.

I erally like Jimmy Buffett, but confess to being a little disappointed by Margaitaville in Key West. Mind you, it was about ten years ago now, so things may well have improved!
Maybe try to lunch at the Boardwalk one when we go to see the Harry Potter exhibit this summer.
regards,
