Hello everybody,

Only 14 days to go now!!
However we haven't made dining reservations anywhere.

Will we get a table without ADRs?
We don't mind waiting for tables as we can just go off and amuse ourselves for a couple of hours whilst we wait. And we don't mind eating late.
But after reading a few threads I get the impression the restaurants look pretty rammed full, and even waiting for a table may not be possible.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

You may struggle as the free DDP is in full flow. However, since there are only 2 of you and you are prepared to wait should make it easier BUT you are still unlikely to get into any of the really popular restaurants

we have never pre-booked a table instead we just rock up when we're hungry. however some of the 'posher' restaurants an character dining will require reservations. are you staying onsite, if so you could always ask at reception the night before or even in the morning and see what they can do for you. alternatively if you plan on eating the parks you could pop in early on and see what they have available. but as i say many dibbers do not make reservations and have no problems what so ever

You will get tables at restaurants on international drive and other places off site, but it will be hard to get a ADR at some of the really popular ones, but give it a try because they do get cancelations.

If you don't mind eating later and since there are just the 2 of you I'd think it will be possible to get in somewhere. Your best bet might be to go to Guest Relations earlier in the day (when you arrive at a park) and see what's available for later on. Lunchtimes are quieter than evenings so maybe think about having your main meal then and eating counter service, in one of the resorts or offsite in the evenings.
