You would only get DCL credits if you booked through DCL and then transfered to your TA.

Can you not ask Vacationstogo what is on your account (I would email them to ensure I had a written record) ?

You could try ringing DCL and asking if they can tell you what OBC are on your account... but this would depend when Vacationstogo apply them...which may not be until you pay in full / or just before sail date - depends on their operating policy.

Judy, what about Dreams Unlimited?

I booked direct with DCL and then transferred to DU.

Thanks.

My OBC shows on the confirmation doc from Vacationstogo...Its in the section titled 'Additional Travel Information'

I presume it just automatically appears on our final bill on the cruise??

Just been reading about OBC on another site & apparently a 'voucher' stating any OBC will be in your stateroom along with any reservations & your dining rotation, on your arrival!

Yes, you will get credits from DCL and DU...ours were already on our account when we boarded...didn't think to check them before we sailed though so sorry can't answer that.

We had a $50 OBC from Dreams Unlimited and it was printed on a little welcome card when we arrived in the stateroom.

It didn't make much of a dent in the final bar bill though :omg:

I was looking at your photos and I see that you got a gift from Dreams Unlimited? Is DU always give out a gift? As we don't received a gift from DU while we were cruisng on Med.? But the kids got beautiful gifts as leather albums with every port also stamp on it, just like passport, for example arrived Rome then evening they get a book and they went along to near kids club and got it stamp then put it in album also plenty space for photos too. It will be great memory for them to keep it.

Will I have lost the onboard credits that I got when I booked with DCL and transferring the booking to DU?

We booked with DU and didn't get a gift. I assumed that you either had to be a repeat cruiser or book a longer cruise (ours was a 3 night)

We had a gift on our 4 night cruise from DU - though I must admit it took me a while to fathom out where it was from :erm:
