I really like this place but we havent got round to going the last two times.

we really like Friendlys and I dont know why it doesn't get more of a mention on this board.

Especially love their breakfasts and ice cream sundaes, but dinners are good also. Nice to have a sit down meal after queuing for buffets much of the time at other "restaurants". Prices very reasonable.

We have used Friendly's a few times as there was one right next to the hotel we were in one year.

It was great, the waitress used to serve us each morning and after a couple of visits, she knew everything about us and service was superb, as was the food.

When we went for the last time, my DD who was 5 at the time had made a picture for her, which was still up a year later when we went back!

Really nice place, well recommended!!!

We used to always eat at Friendly's when I was in High School - i don't think I've ever seen one in Orlando - where is it? I think I need to take a nostalgic visit for some ice-cream :)

To be honest as a local we typically only go for ice cream and not for meals. No real reason why really. When they were more plentiful around town they were promoted that way.

There is a friendlys quite near to seaworld, near i hop and bennigans. ;)

Yes you can, there is a little hatch for takeouts. It's great value too, we got two sundaes and two drinks there for $14.00 dollars recently.

This was one of the best places to eat that we found. Each year when we go my daughter insists that we go there.
